• Each question has specific rules to ensure answer consistency for hundreds of form fillers.
• A multi-step form designed for organizational purposes.
• Visually appealing styles that follow the provided UI design.

Impact

• Enabled over 200+ applicants to complete the application form efficiently, significantly improving the recruitment team’s workflow.
• Achieved 100% pixel-perfect UI design compliance, ensuring a polished and professional user interface.
• Delivered a maintainable codebase, supporting 3+ version updates seamlessly after the initial release.
• A significant portion of submissions adhered to the desired format, thanks to the clear rules applied to each input field.

Challenges

• Provided user interface design lacks some responsive details to handle different screen sizes and make the website responsive for all kinds of devices. Problem solving skills is used to make design elements adaptive to different screens especially the most special element which is the form stepper guide!

• Agility to business requirements in form’s configuration was required and it is successfully implement on using the content management system without developer’s dependency, on top of that, A highly changable configuration from developers’ side in the codebase for future updates and maintainability or even developing a user interface to be used by site admins, that design created the potential of upgrades and maintainability!
